Dr. Susan Murray is a globally recognized advisor and expert on leadership. After two decades as a senior public education leader, she boldly took a new path. She completed a Doctorate in business focusing on leadership and organizational performance. In 2014, she founded her consulting firm, Clearpath Leadership.

As a leader, advisor, professor, mentor, and coach, she has worked with hundreds of global leaders and organizations. She guides leaders to define their clear path from where they are to their vision for success. She works with teams to create a strategy for excellence, focusing on strengths, employee engagement, and business performance. Along with her coaching, she is a professor and a senior consultant on leadership, strategy, and governance for multiple organizations. Susan is a certified Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and an Official Member of the Forbes Coaches Council.

Our Work

1-on-1 Coaching

With 1:1 coaching, we focus on self-awareness and a strategy for success with a clear path forward. We focus on strengths and relevant topics to create accountability towards your growth.

Sessions are conducted in-person or virtually and run 60-90 minutes.

Resources include the CliftonStrengths Talent Profile from Gallup. The cost of this assessment is included in your first coaching session.

Senior team coaching is also an option.

Workshops and Facilitation

Tailored workshops provide the support and empowerment critical to the success of your team and organization. Outcomes often focus on leadership, team development and collaboration, employee engagement and motivation, and planning for strategic growth.

Current offerings focus on governance, business excellence, strategy, team dynamics and strengths, employee engagement, and leadership.

What’s included:

  • One preparation call with your team leader to share insights, desired outcomes and how we can make the most of our time together.

  • Custom workshops (60, 90, half-day, or full-day), available virtually or on-location. The sessions are highly interactive and reflective. Laughter and good stories are usually included!

  • Offsite retreats are also an option.
